Role: Quality Analyst - Collections
Qualification: Any Graduates
o Managers and Assistant Managers after thorough assessment of their capabilities
o Setting up targets, SOP & SLA, setting and maintaining CTQ (Critical to Quality) / CTP (Critical to Process) targets and involved in planning for the process
o Conducting internal process/fraud audits & process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guidelines
o Drive Customer Experience initiatives to achieve NPS, C-Sat & Repeat results.
o Drive Process improvement initiatives to reduce NVA’s in the laid down processes & make it robust through six sigma methods and tools.
o Create and implement performance driven process with KPI’s benchmarking
o Drive Benchmarking and Best Practice sharing initiatives across the organization.
o Drive Compliance to SOP’s as per COPC standards & take complete accountability to issue, review and close actions (CAPA) against all Non-Conformances reported during internal audits.
o Maintain and ensure stringent adherence to Quality Standards.
o Auditing of Quality Management System, reporting non-conformances, identifying root causes and effectively implementing corrective actions.
o Realizing process improvements, applying different six sigma tools & techniques in different business processes to enhance productivity & profitability.
o Imparting / organizing training programs for QA, Operations teams & driving them to achieve pre planned targets.
o Guiding and directing QAs’, Operations Leads, Managers & employees from other department of the organization in applying Six Sigma Methodology in terms of Sampling, Calibration, MSA, etc. in their respective teams
o Review and document best practices across the business; update and maintain the knowledge management portal.
o Conduct periodic performance reviews to assess and improve auditor performance.
o Leading, motivating and developing team members to ensure that the team’s objectives and organization’s standards are met /exceeded.
o Conduct Monthly presentations to the Operations & Quality Team to showcase performance.
o Reviewing process documentations as per ISO standards.
o Managing Client communications and handling Quality Calls- monthly target & weekly performance review calls.
